The Spanish Village Art Center in San Diego is a representation of an early 20th-century Spanish village. It features artists’ studios, live art demonstrations, and opportunities for visitors to engage in art-making activities.
For over 60 years, the center has been home to more than 200 local artists, including painters, sculptors, jewelers, and glassblowers. Visitors can explore colorful courtyards and studios, where they can watch daily art demonstrations and see an onsite glass-blowing facility in action. The Village continues to serve as an important community for local artisans.
